21 Days of Samadhi

Following on from the Samadhi course on Holy Island, I am posting 21 days of practice tips to help people who are engaging with this meditation.

This is primarily designed for the people on the course – but anyone who has studied Samadhi with me in the past may be interested to practice along, using the daily slogans as ways to focus and deepen their sits.

There are numerous guided mediations on the Podcast page if you want to get the flavour of this practice which is so different from Mindfulness and Visualisation, focusing as it does on training the awareness to rest in space.
