Samadhi Tip #1

This is not mindfulness practice which encourages a wide field of awareness and a growing comprehension of all the phenomena that unfold with in it. Nor is it visualisation that tries to change mind-states through thinking. This is samadhi, a practice that is characterised by a diamond-sharp cutting through the ifs-and-buts of the thinking mind down to the SPACE that underpins everything else.
