  • Monday Morning (8am UK) is clarifying, insightful focus. Great for beginners. And for starting the week.

  • Tuesday Evening (6pm UK) is designed to calm the nervous system. For those us suffering from anxiety.

  • Thursday Morning (7am UK) has a more Buddhist flavour. Come if you're interested in exploring dharma. Especially compassion. 

There is usually 30-45 minutes of guided practice and then discussion and explanation afterwards. It's a lovely chance to practice together and deepen your understanding. And make some new friends! 

PLEASE NOTE: to keep things fresh I will be taking breaks from teaching during the holidays. Details of these breaks will be marked on the teaching calendar!
