Hi Julia, you should of got a reminder email 2 days ago. That’s when I received one. It also has the zoom link as well. Double check that it hasn’t gone into your spam. Also the zoom link is in the original booking email. The lettering I think shows up as blue and says join zoom meeting. Hope that helps 🙂

If your using the app. Sometimes it needs to be deleted and re-downloaded. Usually sorts out anything that may not be appearing. I couldn’t get blogs last week and this sorted it out. Or another possibility is notification settings ( if your referring to being notified).

Via website is the same. You will find it by your photo where a downward arrow is. Press on the arrow and a list will drop down where you will my bookings.

Hi Mechteld. I book multiple classes through the app. I go to the schedule section and book each session that way. As far as I know the only way is to book each session separately. @Alistair Appleton might know if there is another way to do multiple sessions🙂

Yes as far as I know there should be 7am U.K. time. I received a reminder earlier today. Sometimes they can end up in the spam folder🙂

Hi Jane, as mentioned by Gill, Alistair is doing a mini sitting out retreat but will be back online for Monday morning session. You may get a second email with the details after the booking email separately I noticed this happened when booking yesterday for future sessions. Also if you receive a reminder email 24hrs before a session the details are usually on that one too. You can also find the zoom link usually when you go into your profile and select the bookings section. Just go to the correct day of the session. I believe you may have to press on the day to get the details. Hope that helps 🙂
