Hi all. My name is Rach and I have been to a few sessions but still consider myself a newbie so I thought I would say hello.
Since the covid pandemic especially, I have been suffering with severe health anxiety and persistent thoughts of death and sickness. I'm hoping that practicing meditation will help me to calm down, I am also trying hypnotherapy and talking therapy.

Hi Rach I too feel very new - but have enjoyed what attended on line to be joyful & offers a connection. The little groups you go off to during Alastair’s session is fun too. Cheers Gill ( Australia)
