Ah still love the way you make meditation lighter, allow fun...yet be really seriously about it. @ nomeditationmonster I tend to start manipulate my breath when I bring my awareness to it. Sounds have therefor been a really helpful way to anchor. I found that counting while visualising/ trying to hear a choir sing the numbers kept my mind enough occupied to not intervene with my breath. At one point I became aware I was counting in english and chose to switch to dutch. Interestingly that significanly change my emotions.... All in all I a good experience...I will certainly do this again
