Hi @Emma Bacon you’re so very warmly welcome here. As @Harri Frost and @patti G and @Trish Mercurio mentioned, one of the great comforts of this group is that we all know what anxiety feels like. So there’s no shame or fear of incomprehension. We get it. So please do come along to one of the zooms or work through one of the courses. I’m away in retreat for the next 2 weeks but I trust that the lovely folk here will be in hand.
Welcome Emma, you are amongst good souls. I have felt much anxiety throughout my life. I know for certain that meditation or at least deep breathing helps me. This is a lovely community with good resources. Know that I am pulling for you and keeping you in my thoughts.
