Sick host, meeting is postponed to next Sunday, Dec 17th. Very sorry.
I woke up this morning feeling ill. My voice is gone, bad headache and feeling like I'm coming down with some kind of cold or flu.
So I'll be resting today and won't be able to host our meeting. I'm so sorry everyone.
Please, if you can, join us next Sunday, Dec 17th. This will be our last meeting of the year. We'll be back in January of course.

Hi Karen, I am so sorry, I am unable to join you all on Sunday. I had forgotten we have tickets for a concert, and it starts Sunday afternoon. I am sad because I wanted to see you all before I fly to Oz on Wednesday. I hope to be at Alistair's meditation on Monday, but I probably won't see you on Zoom. So I want to say a big Thank you for our enjoyable sessions throughout the year. It's really lovely to catch up and chat!
