Anita, welcome. Lovely to meet you.🌺🌼 Alistair’s 2 online courses: Mastering the Monsters of Anxiety and Transforming the Trigger Thoughts are genuinely worth trying. Personally I found them excellent as did many others I have met in the various groups on Mindsprings. Also there is a free mini taster session on Anxiety and if you search the library and try out a few of the basic warm up sessions I think you’ll enjoy and find they help. Warm greetings, Máirín 🌹
