Yoga V Buddhism

In this recorded teaching, following Suzanne’s sharing, Alistair discusses Yoga V Buddhism. Exploring his understanding of the differences between yogic and Buddhist philosophy, especially around the idea of a soul / Self. He speculates that the emphasis in Yoga is on improving oneself. The Buddha would call this poisoned food because it is a self project. We should let go of self-importance and immerse ourselves in the otherness of the universe.
