Love and Anti-love

Alistair introduces Love and Anti-love practices to the Mindsprings meditation class. Many of us think we don’t deserve love and have forces within us that push love away. The forces of anti-love are our habits of mind and our controlling ego’s that can shut down our ability to feel love. We have to relax the tension in the body, breath and mind. When we soften we start to feel the tendrils of love.
